2. Long life ball and seat design

As the sealing surface is with stellite overlay, tungsten coated or with nitride treatment, a higher wear-resistant is obtained with a longer operating life for the conventional ball valves. That feature makes these metal seated ball valves used widely in demanding services such as high temperature service, fluids with severe abrasion, slurry or solid granules and other severe duties.

3. High precision ball and perfect sealing performance seat

The demanding sealing service is the weakness of a metal seat ball valve design, however Sanseco’s metal seated ball valves have a higher sealing reliability. Spring energized metal seat sealing design can ensure the sealing reliability under low line pressure while piston effect seat design to ensure perfect sealing under high pressure service. Advanced seat structure and high precision ball preparation ensures the sealing performance and gets the operation torque reduced.

4. Fire safe and Anti-static device

Metal seated ball valves are inherently fire safe and its design is anti-static by nature of the metal to metal contact.
