Improvement of Dual Plate Check Valve Production Process

The production capacity of dual plate check valve as a younger valve type in Sanseco Group’s production lines was restricted by the previous process at all time. To break the negative condition, Sanseco process research dept. and Yancheng plant were asked to make new process and improve the production line so as to meet increasing market demand and customer expectation.

After trial and error including frock making, machining process, grinding process, surface treatment process, assembling process, and pressure test etc., finally the improvement plan of dual plate check valve production process was successfully finished last month, and a set of brand new production procedure and quality control procedure is documented, this enable Sanseco Group make the batch production and improve delivery performance to meet customer requirement.
